CAIJUN Technical specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of precision metal formed parts. Since 2007 we have built tooling and stamping expertise into a one-stop delivery system — from tooling design & build to precision stamping, deep drawing, motor laminations and micro-motor assembly.
Backed by two manufacturing bases in East China, we serve EV, eVTOL, robotics, appliance and instrument customers worldwide — with stable quality and fast response from prototype to mass production.

EV & eVTOL
Lamination cores for EV drive and auxiliary motors, plus stamped and deep drawn parts for body, chassis and transmission applications.
Appliances & Micro-Motors
Appliance motor laminations and micro-motor assembly with fully automated winding, shafting, assembly and inspection for ten-million-unit annual delivery.
Instruments & Robotics
High-precision deep drawn parts for flow meters, instrument housings, sensors and solenoid valves.
Core Capabilities
Tooling and process development: precision progressive & transfer tooling, progressive deep drawing, fine blanking and cold forging, with DFMA optimization.
40+ presses (25–800T), 21 high-speed presses (JIS special grade) and 30+ automated lines, with 100% in-house tooling design and build.
Multi-unit CMMs (Hexagon/ZEISS), 2D vision measuring, cleanliness analysis and iron-loss testing; 100% in-line inspection with full ERP traceability.
