Caijun Technical Launches One-Stop Precision Metal Forming Supply Service

制造基地车间实景

Caijun Technical announces the launch of its one-stop precision metal forming supply service. Four product lines — precision stamping, motor laminations, deep drawn parts and micro-motor components — are now managed under one project team: customers face a single responsible window, backed by our manufacturing bases’ professional lines and complete metrology capability. From drawing feasibility review to mass-production delivery, a dedicated engineer follows the entire process.

Why “one-stop” matters

  • Slow quotations: sourcing stamped, drawn and lamination parts from separate suppliers takes weeks;
  • Inconsistent standards: different drawing interpretations, tolerance conventions and report formats drive up quality-communication cost;
  • Uncontrolled delivery alignment: parts arriving out of sync force assembly plans to slip;
  • Blurred responsibility: when a functional issue appears, suppliers point at each other.

The core value of one-stop supply is internalizing these interfaces: one technical language, one quality standard, one delivery plan — and a single accountable party.

Five steps of project service

  1. Drawing review: rapid feedback on material, process and cost feasibility within 48 hours;
  2. DFM feedback: optimization proposals on strip design, tolerance allocation and inspection planning — before tooling is cut;
  3. Sampling: full inspection of critical dimensions with reports;
  4. Pilot lot: process capability and yield-ramp verification;
  5. Mass production: PPAP documentation, safety stock and rolling delivery on agreement.

Quality and delivery assurance

Our manufacturing bases operate under IATF16949 systems, equipped with CMM, vision measuring machines, profile projectors and a temperature/humidity-controlled metrology room, with CPK tracking on critical dimensions. Logistics supports direct delivery across major regions and export packaging.
